Team coaching.

Assisting teams to become clear in their purpose, roles, goals, and responsibilities is the aim of team coaching. Done in real time, this coaching experience will enable your team to see more clearly how members interact and how those relations are impacting your vision. When the team notices the way they function, and the thinking patterns that lead to these actions they are more likely to make conscious, deliberate changes in a positive direction.
